WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?:
We use PayPal for all orders. They accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments. You don’t need to have an account with PayPal to use their services.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER IF I LIVE IN THE U.S.?:
All U.S. orders (except International) are shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Your Fred stuff will be delivered within a week of placing your order.
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?:
We ship air to most all foreign contries (see list below). Canada will take about 7 – 10 days. All other countries, 1 – 2 weeks.
WHAT FOREIGN COUNTRIES DOES THE FRED SOCIETY SHIP TO?:
We ship to Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, British Virgin Islands, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Vatican City State, Virgin Islands (USA). WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER QUICKER?:
Indicate in the ‘message to seller’ section of your order form when you need your order and we’ll try our best to accomdate you. You can also send an email to email@example.com or call 480-389-9659 (between 9 am – 3 pm, Arizona time, Monday thru Friday) and let him know when you need your order
Return merchandise within 30 days (from when your received it from us) for replacement or refund. Sorry but there will be no refunds or replacements after 1 month.
